Hezbollah Launches Precision Attacks Against Israeli Targets and Engages in Direct Border Confrontations

Hezbollah intensified its military operations against Israeli forces on Friday, executing precise long-range strikes on key Israeli military installations and engaging directly with Israeli forces along Lebanon's southern border. Dubbed the "Khaibar Series of Operations," the actions included targeted rocket attacks on critical sites such as the Stella Maris Naval Base, Ramat David Air Base, and Tel Nof Air Base. Concurrently, Hezbollah fighters confronted Israeli troops near border villages, employing anti-tank missiles, artillery, and drones in a series of strategic defensive and offensive actions that reportedly resulted in casualties and equipment losses among Israeli forces.

Beirut, Lebanon — Hezbollah forces intensified their operations on Friday, targeting strategic Israeli military sites and directly confronting Israeli occupation forces along Lebanon’s southern border in a series of advanced attacks.

The "Khaibar Series of Operations"

As part of Hezbollah’s "Khaibar Series of Operations," the group executed three major long-range attacks against key Israeli installations. Early Friday morning, Hezbollah fired precision-guided rockets at the Stella Maris Naval Base in Haifa, marking the latest in a series of strikes on the facility, which is known for its advanced maritime monitoring equipment.

A second operation targeted the Ramat David Air Base, a hub of Israeli air force activities against Lebanon. Later in the afternoon, Hezbollah extended the range of its attacks, launching precision-guided rockets at Tel Nof Air Base in southern Tel Aviv, Hezbollah’s longest-range strike of the day.

Border Clashes and Defensive Actions

Along the border, Hezbollah fighters engaged Israeli forces in direct confrontations, primarily focusing on defensive actions in areas such as Maroun al-Ras and villages facing Israel’s Galilee Panhandle, including Kfar Kila and Odeisseh. Just after midnight, Hezbollah artillery fired on Israeli positions in Odeisseh, reportedly resulting in casualties.

In a separate attack, Hezbollah deployed an anti-tank guided missile (ATGM) to destroy an Israeli military bulldozer and injure accompanying infantry near Kfar Kila. Later in the day, Hezbollah launched two attack drones targeting Israeli forces in Maroun al-Ras, hitting their objectives precisely.

By Friday evening, another ATGM strike targeted and destroyed an Israeli Armored Personnel Carrier (APC) in Kfar Kila, causing further casualties among Israeli troops.

Hezbollah's operations on Friday mark a significant escalation in its response to ongoing Israeli incursions and are a continuation of its declared efforts to counter Israeli attacks on Lebanese civilians and resistance forces.
