'Israel' Escalates Bombardment in Gaza, Targets Civilians and Rescue Teams
The Israeli occupation forces continue their relentless bombardment of Gaza, focusing attacks on the northern and central regions of the besieged Strip. Residential buildings are being destroyed with families still inside, as the death toll mounts in what observers describe as a genocidal campaign.
In Jabalia, northern Gaza, an Israeli airstrike leveled a home, killing 12 Palestinians and leaving more than 10 others missing under the rubble. Al Mayadeen’s correspondent reported that multiple residential buildings around the Jabalia refugee camp were destroyed in the same wave of attacks.
Efforts by Civil Defense teams to rescue survivors and recover bodies have been met with deliberate targeting by Israeli warplanes. In the Al-Sabra neighborhood, rescue workers were attacked during operations, resulting in the death of a paramedic and injuries to three others.

The Civil Defense accused the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) of intentionally obstructing rescue missions, exacerbating the humanitarian catastrophe. "They are not only bombing homes but also targeting those who risk their lives to save others," a spokesperson for the Civil Defense said.
Heartbreaking footage has emerged from Gaza, capturing the unimaginable grief of rescuers. One video shows a paramedic holding the severed arm of his colleague, killed in an Israeli strike. Overcome with emotion, the paramedic mourns his fallen comrade while continuing his rescue efforts.
The continued targeting of civilians and first responders underscores the gravity of the crisis in Gaza, as the Israeli onslaught shows no signs of abating.
